We offer our artists joint venture profit sharing of revenue flows including record, publishing and merchandizing to create a sense of partnership and empowerment for our artists which will result in mutual trust and respect between the label and its artists.

The Pathway Label Group is our record label division, this label group was established by the Corporate team of Ironblade Studios.  Leading the way is Mr. William Wilson, The goal of the label is to provide artists, musicians, producers and Christian remix dj's a venue for production, promotion and creativity in the music field.  Providing multiple output resources, we desire to become a great resource for Gospel house, Gospel, and Contemporary music, as well as remix DJ's and Christian dance music.

The Pathway Label Group has 3 divisions; "Pathway Music" The Gospel House Label, "CM Exclusive" Our Christian Music Label and "A-Track Records" Our Jazz and R&B, Inspirational Label.   Each of the subsidiary labels have been created to give the public a choice of their specific liking in Gospel & Inspirational music.  The consumer is able to purchase Pathway's music with an idea of the artists style of music and with an expectation of the type of sound and music genre.

We help develop, train, guide and lead our artists and clients to understanding the industry and giving them the opportunity of success in the music field.  Our network base is why we feel confident in promoting any artist. 

Pathway has been in the field over 6 years, and made it's official opening debut in 2006, all the while Pathway has been remixing for different events, independent artists and radio functions. Providing artist and dj's with remixed music.  Working with some of the best in the Gospel dance and remix industry, Producers like; Edward 'Get Down' Crosby, Farley 'Jackmaster Funk' Keith, George Jackson, Erick 'E-Smoove' Miller, and many more. 

We Utilize a cutting-edge and forward thinking Internet strategy in order to foster the music-sharing and community aspect that is so necessary in the world of independent music labels.  Maintain an A&R philosophy that brands a label of highly credible and truth-telling artists, artists that touch people, artists that people will adopt and follow; singer/songwriters, solo artists or bands, Gospel Music both new and traditional. We will also focus on appropriate foreign licensed masters, compilations and soundtracks.  We will use our onsite production studio to create production opportunities and an ambient recording experience for our artists and outside guests.
